Refund policy

Payments

We offer a variety of payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption.

To confirm your service date, payment is due in full upon receipt of your invoice.

Should you cancel your service and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your service via the payment method you originally used.

Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of your service date, will receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not receive a refund.

If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule or issue a refund.

A refund will not be issued if an incorrect address is provided or if a homeowner requests a yard greeting be removed from a rental property.

We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for any custom orders or designs. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
