Refund policy
Payments
We provide multiple secure payment options to accommodate your preferences. All transactions are processed through a trusted third-party payment provider and are safeguarded with encryption. Please note that service fees may apply for certain payment methods.
To secure your service date, full payment is required upon receipt of your invoice.
In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, we will issue the refund using the original payment method.
Refunds
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund, less a $75 restocking fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
In the event of inclement weather, we will offer the option to reschedule or issue a refund.
Refunds will not be provided if an incorrect address is supplied or if a homeowner requests the removal of a yard greeting from a rental property.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for custom orders, designs, or Bitty Bouquets. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
